Help Using this Website

What Is ArkansasLegalServices.org and How do I Use this Site?
ArkansasLegalServices.org provides free legal information and a guide to free and low cost legal help to low-income persons in Arkansas.

To use this site, click on an image on the home page to explore what resources are available. For example, if you are looking for information on divorce, you would click on the Legal Library and then the Family Lawtopic. A list of subtopics will appear. Next you would click on Divorce to see what self-help and fact sheets are available on that topic. There are many resources available on this site. Sometimes you have to scroll down the page to see all of the resources available.

After you click on a subtopic, make sure to look and see how many resources are available and then open the resource you want to read.

Most resources are available in the PDF format. Before the title you will notice the PDF icon that indicates the resource is in that format. You may need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files. Alternatively, you may use our search engine to find resources. The search window is located in the Legal Library. Type in a keyword and click on the Search Now button to view the results. For example, you could type in the keyword eviction and a listing of available resources on the topic of eviction would appear.
