Small Claims Court Packet

Small Claims Court is a place for people to sue for legal wrongs done to them without the help of a lawyer. Almost anyone may file a lawsuit in small claims court. You must be asking for less than $5,000.00 in damages or you may not sue in small claims court. Read more about Small Claims Court.
