Abuse and Neglect Cases
When a Juvenile Court has an abuse or neglect case, its goal is to keep children safe and help families have safe homes for their children. If possible, the judge will let the children stay in the home if they can be protected from harm. The judge takes children out of their home when they cannot be safe and protected in the home.
