Self-Help Forms - Expungement Packet
Expungement is the process of petitioning the court to seal your criminal records concerning an arrest or conviction. The interactive forms below are available for free to low-income individuals seeking an expungement in Arkansas.
Please check the list below to make sure you will qualify to use the interactive forms currently available:
- I have not been convicted of a felony resulting in sentencing to the Department of Corrections.
- I have not been convicted of a sex crime
All of the above statements must be true to qualify to use these forms. Keep in mind it is up to the judge to allow for the sealing of criminal records.
Select the right form for your situation. Choose Expungement Guilty if you pled guilty or were found guilty. Choose Expungement Not Guilty otherwise. The printable version is for both situations.
