Our Annual Arkansas Legal Aid Providers Conferences are intended to provide CLE training and support for the nearly 100 staff members of the two free civil legal aid providers in Arkansas. The work of these two organizations is critical to providing access to justice for low-income Arkansans who otherwise would have nowhere to turn for legal help. The Center for Arkansas Legal Services and Legal Aid of Arkansas assist thousands of clients each year in every county across the state. In 2013, we served over 14,000 Arkansans statewide.
Forfeiture of Wrongdoing: How It Works is a one-hour CLE webinar featuring Dana Nelson, a family violence prosecutor from Travis County, Texas.
The webinar will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 2 p.m. It is free to pro bono volunteers, prosecutors, public defenders, judges, and Washington and Benton County Bar members.
For more information or registration, call Susan Purtle at 479-441-0600, ext. 4301 or via e-mail at email@example.com.
