This is an easy to use interactive form that will produce a form packet in Microsoft Word containing documents needed for active duty military members seeking to delay an action (lawsuit) against them under the protections of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. The packet contains the following sample forms: Motion to Stay Proceedings; Letter from Servicemember (as Exhibit A); and sample language for the servicemember's Commanding Officer to write a letter to the court.
