The Center for Arkansas Legal Services board of directors meeting will be held in the conference room at the Center's office at 303 W. Capitol Ave., Suite 200, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The board will review 2010 year-end financial statement, adopt 2011 Client Eligibility Guidelines, review the Access to Justice Foundation funding proposal, receive reports on 2010 client services, complete the executive director's annual evaluation, consider proposals to amend the Bylaws, and other business as needed.
