Legal Aid of Arkansas will present a program on “Taxpayer Rights and Responsibilities” at the Rogers Public Library on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 1:30-2:30 p.m.

The program will include basic tax information including details on a low-income taxpayers clinic, refund anticipation loans, the Earned Income Tax Credit and advanced EITC, Child Tax Credit, children with special needs and the tax identification number.
