Timothy Watson Named Jackson County Volunteer Attorney of the Year

FAYETTEVILLE, May 1, 2010 - In observance of Law Day, May 1, 2010, Legal Aid of Arkansas announces that Timothy Watson of Newport has been chosen Volunteer Attorney of the Year for Jackson County.  The award recognizes exemplary achievement and outstanding volunteerism.  Watson donated over 37 hours of pro bono service to low income clients during 2009.  Watson’s donation has a value of $5,475 to the county.

Donna Price Named Van Buren County Volunteer Attorney of the Year

FAYETTEVILLE, May 1, 2010 - In observance of Law Day, May 1, 2010, Legal Aid of Arkansas announces that Donna Price of Clinton has been chosen Volunteer Attorney of the Year for Van Buren County.  The award recognizes outstanding volunteerism and service to low-income residents of the county.  Price donated over 20 hours of pro bono service during 2009.  Her donation has a value of $3,000 to the community.

Larry Steele Named Lawrence County Volunteer Attorney of the Year

FAYETTEVILLE, May 1, 2010 - In observance of Law Day, May 1, 2010, Legal Aid of Arkansas announces that Larry Steele has been chosen Volunteer Attorney of the Year for Lawrence County. The award, given each year by Legal Aid, a nonprofit corporation providing free legal services to low-income individuals, recognizes outstanding volunteerism and service to the residents of the county.

Gray Dellinger Named Izard County Volunteer Attorney of the Year

FAYETTEVILLE, May 1, 2010 - In observance of Law Day, May 1, 2010, Legal Aid of Arkansas announces that Gray Dellinger has been chosen Volunteer Attorney of the Year for Izard County. The award, given each year by Legal Aid, a nonprofit corporation providing free legal services to low-income individuals, recognizes outstanding volunteerism and service to the residents of the county.

Mark R. Johnson Named Sharp County Volunteer Attorney of the Year

FAYETTEVILLE, May 1, 2010 - In observance of Law Day, May 1, 2010, Legal Aid of Arkansas announces that Mark R. Johnson of Hardy has been chosen Volunteer Attorney of the Year for Sharp County.  The award recognizes outstanding volunteerism and service to the residents of the county.  Johnson donated over 12 hours of pro bono service to low income clients during 2009.  His donation has a value of $1800 to the county.
